Custom or personalized orders may take 5–7 business days to process.

Shipping Costs

Orders over $200 qualify for free standard shipping within the US.
International shipping charges are calculated based on weight, location, and customs fees.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to all US states.
International shipping is available to select countries. Check the shipping calculator at checkout for availability.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes for international orders.
Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Odiamond takes great care to ensure your jewelry is delivered safely.
In the unlikely event your package is lost or damaged during shipping:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and photos of the damage (if applicable).
We will work with the carrier to replace or refund your order.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, buyers are responsible for customs fees, import duties, and taxes.
Odiamond is not responsible for delays due to customs inspections.
